I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults. My practice draws on specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, alongside many years of experience supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health across a range of therapeutic settings.
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a compassionate and non-judgemental space where trust can develop and thoughts, feelings and experiences can be explored.
Much of the early work is simply making that safety possible: a room where nothing has to be performed, where difficult things can be said slowly or not at all until you are ready.
How I work
My approach brings together psychodynamic, attachment-based, trauma-informed and neuroscience perspectives. I'm interested in how our past may shape who we are today, and in working together to create meaningful change in the present. I also bring a somatic understanding of the connection between mind and body into my work, shaped by over ten years working with children and adults through yoga and mindfulness before becoming a psychotherapist.
