There are times in life when we can feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from ourselves. You may be going through a period of crisis or transition, experiencing difficulties in your relationships, or finding yourself repeating painful patterns that are difficult to understand or change. Experiences from your past may continue to shape how you feel about yourself and relate to others, or perhaps you're questioning who you are or what you want out of life.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your experiences. Together, with curiosity and compassion, we can explore your relationships, with yourself and with others, and the places where you feel stuck. By understanding these patterns, and how the past may be shaping the present, new ways of being and relating can begin to open up.

I have a particular interest in working with adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and looking for greater fulfilment in their lives.

I also have extensive experience in addiction and recovery, including working within specialist treatment centres and supporting people at different stages of their recovery.
